Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you may use REP only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. You must be able to form a binding agreement where you live, and you may not use REP if we have previously removed you from the Services.

You sign in to REP with Sign in with Apple. Keep your Apple ID and devices secure: you are responsible for activity on your account. Your username must not impersonate anyone or infringe anyone's rights. Tell us at support@liftwithrep.com if you think your account has been misused.

REP is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice.

• Workouts, training plans, statistics and REP Intelligence suggestions are for general fitness information only. They are not a substitute for advice from a doctor, physical therapist or other qualified professional.
• Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, an injury, or are pregnant.
• Stop exercising and get medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, chest pain, shortness of breath or faintness. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
• Lift within your ability and use proper form, equipment and a spotter where appropriate.
• Heart rate, calories, distance, pace, power and similar figures come from your devices, sensors and estimates. They may be inaccurate and should not be used for medical purposes.

Routes and navigation.

Routes and turn-by-turn directions are generated automatically from map data that may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. A suggested route may include roads without sidewalks, closed or private paths, or unsafe areas. Always use your own judgment, watch your surroundings, follow traffic laws and posted signs, and don't look at your screen in situations where that is unsafe.

You exercise and travel at your own risk.

REP Intelligence uses AI models to generate workouts, training blocks and coaching responses. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable for you, so review it before following it. REP Intelligence will not provide medical, medication, supplement-dosing or diagnostic advice. Free accounts have usage limits, and all accounts are subject to fair-use and safety limits. Don't try to get around these limits, misuse the AI, or use it to generate harmful content.

• REP is free to download. REP Pro is an optional subscription that unlocks additional features, such as longer progress history and higher REP Intelligence limits. Current prices and features are shown in the app before you buy.
• Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple through your Apple ID and are subject to Apple's Media Services Terms.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID's subscription settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. We can't issue refunds for purchases made through Apple.
• If we change subscription prices, Apple will notify you as required and you can cancel before the new price applies. We may add, change or remove features, but we will not take away the core of what you paid for during a period you've already paid for.

You own the content you add to REP: workouts, notes, photos, Moments, posts, comments and messages ("Your Content"). You give REP a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display and transmit Your Content only as needed to run the Services. This includes showing it to the people your visibility settings allow, and making the images you choose to export or share. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we are required to keep, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for Your Content and confirm that you have the rights to share it, including permission from anyone who appears in your photos.

Don't post or send content that:

• harasses, bullies, threatens or intimidates anyone;
• is hateful or discriminatory toward people based on protected characteristics;
• contains nudity, sexual content, or any sexual content involving minors;
• shows or promotes graphic violence, self-harm or eating disorders;
• promotes illegal activity, or the sale of drugs, steroids or other regulated substances;
• is spam, scams, or misleading;
• impersonates someone or shares another person's private information without consent;
• infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy.

You can block or report users and content in the app. We review reports and may remove content, automatically hide content that receives multiple reports, restrict posting, or suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules. Where required, we will report content to the authorities, including any content that endangers a child.

You agree not to:

• access the Services through automated means, or scrape, harvest or bulk-collect user data;
• reverse engineer, decompile or interfere with the Services, or probe, scan or test their security without our written permission;
• circumvent usage limits, subscription checks, rate limits or privacy controls;
• upload malware, or overload or disrupt our systems;
• use the Services to violate any law or anyone's rights;
• resell or commercially exploit the Services without our permission.

REP works with services we don't control, including Apple (Sign in with Apple, Apple Health, Apple Watch, Apple Maps and the App Store), openrouteservice and OpenStreetMap map data (© OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License), and AI model providers. Your use of those services is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for them.

The Services, including the REP name, logo, app design and software, belong to REP LLC and its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, under these Terms. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.

You can stop using REP at any time and delete your account in Settings → Your Data. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if we must for legal reasons, or if we discontinue the Services. Where reasonable, we'll give you notice and a chance to export your data. Sections 6 (as to retained copies), 10, 12, 13, 14 and 15 survive termination.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF ANY DATA, STATISTICS, ROUTES OR AI OUTPUT. WE DON'T PROMISE THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE, OR THAT DATA WILL NEVER BE LOST.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REP AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST DATA, PROFITS OR GOODWILL, OR FOR PERSONAL INJURY ARISING FROM EXERCISE OR TRAVEL YOU UNDERTAKE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES. REP'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR US $50.

Some places don't allow these exclusions, so some of them may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold REP harmless from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from Your Content or from your violation of these Terms or the law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you and REP consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, please contact us at support@liftwithrep.com so we can try to resolve it informally.

If you downloaded REP from the Apple App Store:

• These Terms are between you and REP only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for REP or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for REP.
• If REP fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for REP.
• REP, not Apple, is responsible for any claims relating to REP or your use of it. This includes product liability claims, claims that REP fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, consumer protection, privacy or similar claims, and intellectual property infringement claims.
• You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

We may update these Terms. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date, and give you notice in the app before significant changes take effect. If you keep using REP after that, you accept the updated Terms.

If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don't enforce a right, we haven't waived it. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and REP about the Services.
